A chameleon does not change colour to be admired. Every one of them drawn one pixel at a time. Sixteen of them are out of the dark so far, and what each of them wears stays in the trees until the reveal.
The list of which picture belongs to which token is hashed into the rulebook, and the rulebook goes on Zcash before the board opens, so what is delivered is what was committed. Recompute the hash from the published manifest and it matches a transaction older than the round.
